Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information (for example whether you have accepted the cookie banner) and, with your permission, understand how the site is used.
Consent comes first
INFORISORSA asks for your consent before loading any optional cookies. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept All, Reject Optional or Manage Preferences. Necessary cookies are always active because the website cannot function without them. You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer.
Categories of cookies
| Category | What they do |
|---|---|
| Necessary | Required for the website to function: session handling, CSRF protection against form forgery, and storing your consent choice. Always active and cannot be disabled through the preference system. |
| Preferences | Remember choices you make on the site. INFORSORSA does not currently set any optional preference cookies; this category is reserved for features that may be added later. |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors use the site in aggregate (for example Google Analytics 4, when configured). These cookies are set only after you give Analytics consent. |
| Marketing | Used by advertising and social-measurement services (for example Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel, when configured). These cookies are set only after you give Marketing consent. |
Cookies we set
The first-party cookies below are set by INFORSORSA and do not leave the site:
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|---|
inforisorsa_cookie_consent | Necessary | Stores your consent choice (consent version, which optional categories you allowed, and a timestamp) so the banner does not reappear on every visit and optional services respect your selection. | 180 days (configurable in the site settings) | INFORISORSA (first-party) |
inforisorsa_session | Necessary | Session management for forms and authentication. | Session (120 minutes of inactivity by default) | INFORISORSA (first-party) |
XSRF-TOKEN | Necessary | Cross-site request forgery protection for form submissions. | Session | INFORISORSA (first-party) |
Third-party cookies
When analytics or marketing services are enabled and you consent to the matching category, those providers set their own cookies. Examples include Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_<container-id>), Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel. These cookies are only set after consent and their durations are controlled by the provider (typically 1 day to 2 years). We recommend treating all third-party tracking as optional.
How to change your preferences
Three ways:
- Use the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer to reopen the preferences panel and change individual categories.
- Use the Accept All or Reject Optional buttons if you want to change everything at once.
- Use your browser's settings to delete or block cookies. Most browsers also let you clear cookies for a single site.
Consent preferences are stored for 180 days (or the period configured in the site settings). After that period, or if the consent version changes, you will be asked to review your choices again. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
